MYTH 1: If you want to build a GelMoment business you need to devote your entire life to the business and do nothing else!!
NOT TRUE!! You devote as much or as little time as you want to your business! Some people simply sell to friends and family to pay for their own purchases! Others run their businesses part time out of choice or around other work commitments. And then others have built a full time six figure plus income! Obviously, the more hours you put in generally the faster and larger your business grows but there are those who are incredibly productive with the small amount of time they can put in and are making a decent part time income. MYTH 2: If you want to build a GelMoment business you need to do parties galore!
NOT TRUE!! This is your business you can build and run it as you like. Some people build entirely online and haven’t done a single party, others like parties and do as many as possible. And then there are others who simply like to connect with people that they know and talk to them one on one.
MYTH 3: If you want to build a GelMoment business you need buy stock and order heaps of polishes
NOT TRUE!! You can have people order from your site and have it shipped directly to them. No stock, no money collection and no running up the post office to post parcels or do deliveries! You may want to get stock if you do markets, but if you are just doing parties, you only need to order after the party is held. The only requirement on you to earn stay active is to meet a minimum sales amount every 3 months and if you are using the polishes yourself or running parties, it is easily achievable.
MYTH 4: If you want to build a GelMoment business there is a huge initial outlay or you need to buy a massive kit!
NOT TRUE!! You do not need every polish to start the business and start sharing!! The enrolment package comes with everything you need to start your business and demonstrate how the product works. You don’t necessarily need to have every polish colour available upon joining!
MYTH 5: If you want to build a GelMoment business you need to be a confident, salesperson type who knows everything about the polish
NOT TRUE!! Just look at me!! Am I confident! Not always! I’m an introvert! Do I come across as a pain in the arse salesperson? NO! Well I hope not!! I have never felt the need to ‘sell’… I share the products and if people want them – awesome I’m here to support them, if not, no worries! Plus as you use the products you learn about them and you can always get guidance from your upline if you are unsure about anything!
MYTH 5: Small businesses can’t stock the polish to sell retail!
NOT TRUE!! Yes they can!! As long as they are an independent/sole trader they can join GelMoment and use our products and sell them to their clients if they wish!
